I highly doubt it. I think you should have at least 80 ranged/hp/att/str and def. A high prayer level is also adviced, wich you haven't posted.
January 22, 200917 yr What did you dump the 400k exp on? If you havent yet I would recommend dumping it on prayer. 65 pray + 400k = 71 pray. Thats what i did atleast and having 70 pray increases your chances of finding a team because you can bless. Also if you do go, make sure you have a spare sapph lanturn in bank and I HIGHLY recommend buying the angel of death gravestone.
