July 29, 200520 yr I used to never get mime/maze to show up, been doing combat foreeeever and (from combat level 72 to 82) still never get them, I have seen level 27 with full mime. Then today, my friend been thinking if he wanted to play RS again or so, I let him play on mine, somehow he switched my "Auto Retaliate" to "ON" (I always leave it turned "OFF" because I dislike to turn to swarm or any random event monster during mining, fishing, or whatever I'm doing) while he was playing on my character. After he was done playing on my character... I got back on my character, went to black fortess with prayer alter spot, fighting there for 1 hour or so, mysterious man came to me say "ahha you might will do" or something like that, he sent me to maze :shock: SO I thought to myself, maybe Auto Retaliate might be the reason to make mime / maze to work or not. Everyone: write like this guideline (if you haven't change your Auto Retaliate setting for long time) Have you gotten mime/maze before: yes/no What is your Auto Retaliate setting's at: on/off If it does like this "YES + ON", and "NO + OFF", my theory works. If else, theory doesnt work. *edit, about the account, i know the rule.. i just "bend" the rule, not breaking the rule* Hacked 10 years old account, permamently quit if Jagex doesn't return items.

August 1, 200520 yr 1 Mime, no maze, auto ALWAYS on. Another theory for random events, it has worked for me, is that randoms are made to block autoing. Example, turn chat off, lock the map in one position, and reduce the amount of clicks to the least amount you can. Example, act like you are autofighting stuff that are easy to distinguish from the background, and won't tempt you to pick up their drops(ex. Goblins). Just attack one, kill it, and repeat. Be sure to click only on the green part. After a while, you may have a good chance of getting a random event. Also, if you are fighting monsters with better drops, you have a better chance of getting rarer drops, because the game will think you're autoing, therefore dropping more, because an autoer wouldn't be picking it up. Here's a list demonstrating my test(I was fighting fire elementals for 3 hours a day with these tests; I will only tell of the randoms and dragon item drops): Day 1.) Talking, no ring of wealth on = No dragon weapon, 2 randoms Day 2.) Talking, ring of wealth on = No dragon weapon BUT a half of a key, 6 randoms Day 3.) Chat off, no ring of wealth = Dragon Spear, 4 randoms Day 4.) Chat off, ring of wealth = Dragon Spear, 2 Half Keys, 1 Shield Half, 7-9 randoms, I got a couple swarms so I wasn't sure. I lost count with the 3 swarms in a row. So, as you can see, it may just be a theory, but chat may affect the drops and randoms, and Ring of Wealth may affect randoms as well as drops. This may be 100% coincidental, but I think there is more to it than theory. Post comments.

August 2, 200520 yr after the day when i got my full mime and all emotes together. i got a maze in every 30 mins for 3 or 4 hours, after then, i 've gotten no mazes :D

August 2, 200520 yr 0 mimes 'n 0 mazes auto retaliate on but a freind of mine got a maze in edgeville dungeon (when there were very few ppl there and he got every hilly he wanted) , so i guess best combo to get these is some dungeon + combat training 18/22 skills at or better than 60.1300+ skill total.Barrows:Torag's Helm x2, Guthan's Helm, Guthan's Warspear, Dharok's Greataxe, died to dharok, Guthan's Platebody, Ahrim's Hood. All in a total of 104 runs.

A freaking Dragon Cane with a Dragonstone gem.The spec will simply your character equiping a glove and beachslapping the enemy, who will break down and do the Cry emote for 10 seconds straight.

August 22, 200520 yr auto retaliate on sometimes,sometimes off depends what im doing, got all emotes, all mime clothes but shirt and boots, and i got legs and gloves twice maze ive gotten tons more, alot when i was fletching to 99 from 85 probobly like 15 or so mazes in those 2 weeks
