i just recovered my stolen account . i found out that he had gotten me better stuff lol . he also got mems renewed but not under my card . im wondering what should i do .should i cancel the mems?

I'd get rid of it. You don't want to give your hacker fuel for future account stealing. Submit a billing querey and see if you can get it removed.

Yes billing info is a great way to 'recover' an account, I am pretty sure it supercedes all other methods.

I'd recommend telling Jagex about the situation immediately and giving them info about your character. People can be banned permanently if someone reports credit card fraud.
