Guest
You can also try Soulwars, and kill people with combat spells. The xp depends if you win or lose per game. You dont get money for this, you can get it only from gramble (costs 2 zeal points.)
RayOxide
Slayer dart @ Aviansies or green drags? how much xp per hour would that be No idea. But its kinda low. You did give me the idea that you wanted to do combat mage so I offered a profitable way. The aviansies one, though, might be quite a bit more than the green dragons. Personally, I havent tested, so i dont really know. I dont need a siggy no moar.
sadukar123
Slayer dart @ Aviansies or green drags? Fire wave does more damage and hits higher. (Don't give me Magic dart isn't affected by magic bonus, it IS affected by it.) Drops: Misc: Abyssal Whip x28 , Dark Bow x5, Beserker Ring x3, Warrior ring x1 Dragon: Dragon Platelegs x2 , Dragon Plateskirt x2, Dragon Boots x38, Dragon Med Helm x4, Shield left half x3 Godwars: Godsword shard x13, Bandos Hilt x3, Bandos Chestplate x6, Bandos Tassets x4, Bandos Boots x5, Saradomin Sword x1, Zamorakian Spear x1,. RayOxide
I know it is, but people suggest slay dart, so I just go with them Plus, its like 25 levels before fire wave. I dont need a siggy no moar.

No point going with people who give inefficient advice. Also sometimes people don't have the 50 Slayer. llamster
Well i'm sorry if you're going to be so stuck up about like, what 3k more mage xp per hour? wow big number Fire wave gives 42.5 base xp per cast to slayer dart's 30; it'd be more than 3k. And the xp rate for fire waving aviansies is around 40-50k an hour. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
sadukar123
1 more level and he can use Wind wave, still miles better than Magic dart. Tbh I always thought slayer dart wasnt a magicy-kinda spell, and pierced through dragonhide or high-magic defence. But i think i found out thats wrong a while ago I dont need a siggy no moar. Sir_Kurity
Fire bolt + chaos gauntlets. Take your pick of blue and green dragons, as well as iron and steel dragons. Actually you might want to leave steels out of it at your level, For blues and greens, you should be able to break even, for irons and steels, unless you get a lucky drop its a downward fall... O.O

Not sure what you're trying to say but I don't think salamanders work there; they are a melee-range weapon. Use slayer dart with a karamthulhu overlord. purewcnub
Idk if salamanders can hit aviansies. They have basically a halberd's range. They can attack over fences with mage and range,(and attack close)but that's about it. Goals: 94 magic94 ranged55 slayerAddy gloves-done

RayOxide
Halberds can miss a square. Salamanders cant. And I dont think they work on aviansies, and even if they did, not worth the time or money. I dont need a siggy no moar.
llamster
Salamander gives no base magic xp so even if it did hit and wasn't affected by mage attack (doubt it) it wouldn't be worth it; the xp rate for conventional spells would be far far greater.
