I just started playing again and am trying to level summoning, I need gold charms, then blue. I need like 200 gold charms then 2.6k blue charms, whats the best way to collect these? I'm killing crawling hands for the gold right now, its been like 15 mins and ive gotten 20 charms, this could take a while.

You could try fire giants for gold charms, they drop them often.

 

 

 

Blue ones are a bit harder to come by.

since you killing crawling hands, guess you're low. well, good low levels are ice warriors and the level 85 kelphites if you want blue BAD.

 

but you want crimson. thats where the exp is! \

 

 

 

edit: cockroach soilders are what you want to kill for crimsons. not to mention the rune drops are good for lower levels.

combat level is 89, 70 attack 74 str, 70 def, 74 mage, 71 range, 52 prayer, 73 hp

 

 

 

just didnt know what else to kill happened to know that crawling hands dropped gold haha. Do fire giants drop more than one at a time? wats the best way to level to 67 summoning? im 16 now, i was thinking get 23 then make the lvl 23 pouches till 67, is there a faster way?

I second this, I get like 50 crimsons an hour there.

No. Crimson, crimson, and more crimson. They're good exp and far more common than blue.

Crimson are the best but use only golds at low levels.

Nope they drop loads of gold charms, the best crimsons droppers are:

 

 

 

1-)Rock lobbys

 

2-)Waterfiends

 

3-)Black demons

 

4-)Greater demons

If your looking for blue, my friends tell me Gargoyles and Dark Beasts are the best Blue Droppers. For Gold, I wouldn't recommend collecting them but Fire Giants would be best. For Crimsons, Waterfiends. For Green, I tend to get a lot from Spectres and Basilisks.

Cockroaches are bad when you get a higher level.

Pure has a point, they are very crowded. When you get 100+ Combat, and have a set of Karils, get a Zamorak Spear or Saradomin Sword and kill Waterfiends. You get tons of Crimsons there. It helps a TON to have a Bunyip as well. Just look up a guide here or Runescape forums on what to wear, what inventory should be, ect.

Think of gold and blue charms as a BONUS when collecting CRIMSONS. Do not waste your time gathering loads of gold or green charms. Blue ones will also take you forever to collect. Don't forget to do Bork daily for free charms (approx 6k exp worth) as well as penguins weekly (31k exp for me).

 

 

 

at your levels I suggest Cockroach soldiers, I havnt really noticed a crowding problem any times i've gone there.

The most things have been already said, cockroach soldiers are the best at your cb lvl. If it gets crowded just hop. Do Bork daily, the miniquest only takes 5 minutes and he gives enough charms for 6k xp. Don't summon your blue charms yet, but keep them on your bank untill you are summoning 60 or so.

You get about as many crimsons as you would from dust devils, its easy to get too, a nice bit of magic exp and some nice drops.

 

 

 

As for which pouches to make look at kents guide. Its pretty much what anyone will tell you to do.
