Unless you're the Bill Gates of F2P'ers it is a huge waste of money. Really valuable armor that you can only use for 30 minutes? No thank you. What it was was when the item dropped the pker would pick it up and use it for 30 mins to kill then switch back to their orignal weapon when the corrupt one turned to dust. But instead people were like "z0mg!!!1!! D weps on f2p let merchant then and make uber money$$!!!" or something along the lines of that. Idk i don't pvp or merch so i don't have the slighest idea why they cost so much. It's hard to imagine a team that large would assume us greedy players would actually USE the drops we've received. And from what I've heard, the Corrupt Dragon weapons slice through Rune fairly easily. Easy kill, easy loot. Potentially worth it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sinkhan Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 Not unless you get a string of dragon weapons. Rune armour is no slouch and stand its own even against a dragon battle axe or 2h. Dragon weapons wouldn't make a terribly huge difference. It could see them being potentially used for a KO if it was a hard hitter like a 2H.
