Email thing does nothing, it used to be optional years ago when you signed up, it literally means nothing, Jagex used to contact people via emails basically, that's why they used to ask you to have one, but now they don't.

3 hit u !? I expected you to know better...

If you ignore RS1 then the post you just wrote is allmost exactly the opposite from what's really goïng on ;).

should've warned people,

DO NOT CLICK ON THAT LINK UNLESS YOU ARE READY FOR PURE EPICNESS!

(will probably cause more people to click btw >.>)

You could have just put your mouse over the link and seen it was a youtube link at the bottom left of your screen.

Not on all browsers

Then get a better browser.

Eg Firefox ;)

I disable the address bar on all of my browsers including firefox. I want the biggest viewing screen I can have :P

I remember when I signed up that I had entered an email, two years ago I spent a few hours searching through the website for a place to change my old email just to find out that they had got rid of that option for some reason. >_<

Rather odd that they got rid of the email part around the time of the autoer-influx.

That's not a very good idea. You should always have the address bar easily viewable before you click a link that you're not 100% confident about.

I think I'll do this, any way to make my account more secure is always welcome.
