Yes, I usually don't blame Jagex for many things and I usually don't rant about them (I think I only have 1 topic created in the rants forum, that was f2p's potion effects wearing off after log out), so I don't hear many of these nicknames often. Maybe I did hear it. If I did I certainly don't remember it lol #-o

You wer eprobally banned because they didn't get payment.

 

 

 

If it didn't work out by itself, then you either cheated and are lieing, or stole the credit card

I did pay and did nothing wrong. I payed for members with my credit card in the U.S., logged out, then tryed logging on the next day and I was banned, with an offense dating yesterday. And they did get the money because I had the credits. They don't give you credits until they get the money. I was banned for rule 7, even though I only used swift kit to log in and check if I had members, then logged off.

Funny thing is that the deny came a few seconds after i sent it.

Automated response, that's a pretty standard reply. I really don't know what you can do besides post in the account review thread, I did that and got my old main un-banned from 15 black marks to less than 1. Best of luck to you! :thumbup: :

that still does not really gives a any evidence it just said you broke rule 7 and thats about. or am i missing something?

I would just call them by phone. They literally take a second or two and click Yes/No on appeals (or they may use automated software...who knows). Their abuse report system is so incompetent that it's sad.
