A semi-fast way is smithing gold ore with goldsmithing gauntlets from the family crest quest. You lose a little money but not too much. That's how I got to 73 :). If you buy all the materials, then you don't make money. You can try the SC way but remember you have to factor in the time it takes to play those games. In addition, an SC minigaming clan would be essential as well as high noncombats in order to rake in serious pointage for your tools. Anyways, summary, my vote is for gold ore goldsmith gloves.
