I've been bored, so I thought I might have some fun opening up a pixel shop. As of right now I'm probably going to only do avatar requests, but if you think you have a really cool or original idea for a signature go ahead and post it and if I like it enough I might make it. I'm not going to do every request, just the ones I want. If your request is really creative or really easy to do you're more likely to get it done though.

 

 

 

Information I need to make a pixel:

 

As much as you can give me. Sketches and references are helpful, but not required. If you want a person in your avatar, I need to know what you want the character to be wearing, what they look like (hair colour and skin colour, etc.), how much of them you want to see (shoulders up, head only, full body, anything else) and what you want the character to be doing. Just remember that an avatar is at max 100x100 pixels which means, no, you can't have a guy wearing full bandos and a godsword riding a dragon over falador which is under siege by robot zombies no matter how cool it sounds, unless you don't mind your character to be 1 pixel.

 

 

 

As far as order forms go, I honestly don't care, you can write it in the form of a paragraph if you want, as long as I get the info I need.

 

 

 

Also, since it's my shop, if I tell you I'm not going to do it or if I don't choose it and you annoy me about doing it (that doesn't mean you can't ask me about how it's going, why I didn't choose it, etc. Just don't be annoying ;) ) then I will ignore you.

 

 

 

Sorry about this shop being a cluster [bleep] of words, this was kind of a spur of the moment thing. I'll fix it up later.

Now a days tards are a popular form of emoticon that pop up all over the place. I felt that as tards are spreading further and further around the site, it might be nice to do a small feature on them.

 

 

 

The original Tardmotes were created and submitted to deviantART by ~darkmoon3636 back in July 2006 as part of a Tardmote Emoticon Pack. They were designed as a set of emoticons for uncommon text created smilies such as >:3 and :0. One of the most widely known of these is :noes: which now holds 2 places on the emoticon legend.These became quite popular and ~darkmoon3636 later brought out a second pack in September of the same year.

 

 

 

From the original Tardmotes a new style of emoticons developed now known as Tards. These emotes are most recognisable by their single pixel dot eyes and usually arent the smartest of characters. Although its a shame many have lost the purpose of the original tardmotes, some of the tard emoticons that pass through dA are rather amusing and great examples of how emoticons are a fast moving art form.

i want to have an avatar of a guy with a firemaking cape+ hood, and has a little flame is 1 hand (kinda the emote style) and on the background u see a forest or town in fire (what easier is for you to make) so u can choose between forest or town:) armour doesnt matter, something nice with the style of the sig, some robes or so idk:P and the person is facing away from you just like the avatar with slayer cape, do u see the back of the firemaking cape and a little flame in 1 hand

well, in the fm cape, i miss the firemaking logo..

 

 

 

and on the ground u can make a burning log, or a couple of coins + phat or santa or so, i dont really have an idea right now,

 

 

 

for now i like the ava very much, i hope you can fill it with something:)
