Kinosjourney
With your stats I don't think you can get more than about 400k out of anything. You could go doublenaturerunning. There is a world where there are people assisting you to get exp. That is a good way to make money too. And no, I don't remember the world. Try finding it from runescape.com forums. OK, but 100-200k is not much IMO (god im so spoiled  ), ill finish my last 400 swordfishes then ill head to GE. Thanks.
Inuashakent
From what i've read 99 cooking costs 2-4M and ive already spent 500k sofar, i must be dumb :( You're not dumb at all. You've just been misinformed/misunderstood. If you want, you could train cooking for 2-4M, easily. With Tunas, trouts, and salmon. But.... that would be painfully slow. If you want to train the cooking that most know as the easiest skill in the game, well, the easy way, go with Monks and sharks. Time = money, and you save A LOT for the money you spend. Showwtime
You can get runecrafting to 50 and play TGOP 50:50 games, ~240k hour. You can farm herbs while playing games - extra ~20k for low levels. You can craft laws (54 rc) with balloon or abbys. You can run oak planks with balloon. ;)
