10 maples, 5 fish is about the same, but varies more, since it depends primarily on what seeds you get.

Herbs and farming seem gd but are extremely variable and create like millions of diff items so are best avoided. Maples is also highly variable.

The best guaranteed money is 10 on uncooked fish and then 5 on flax(but sometimes coal is better). Maples can yeild much more money but its based on the seeds from the nests so you might get luck or you might be unluckly.

Generally, 10 fish and 5 flax is the best and most stable. But, depending on what seeds you get and current market, maples may become better.
