June 2, 200917 yr Good, but I think the pen tool and glow is a bit too emphasised. Also, try using some sparkle brushes; gives a bit more mystical effect.

I think I can see what you wanted, like a distorted misty glow kind of thing? I think you should work on this first. Then start expanding into more colors to try and make this blend better. Should be in the tut, I tried this a loooong time ago.
