silver_wits Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 its like this. i'm walking home after standing on my feet all day at the externship place... and i have to walk home cause i need to save bus fare. there's a steep vally between my workplace and house. i'm walking down... and i get mad cause i'm going too fast and i need to conserve energy! so i yell at myself and make threats. mentally. finally i tell myself if i walk this fast going down i gotta walk this fast going up again! i... force myself to walk just as fast going back up. i reach home pantimg for breath. i'm obviously a sadist that needs a punching bag before i hurt myself.
