Hi, I'm Emily. I talk too much when I'm comfortable, and before that I don't say much at all. I'm emotional, but I hold onto a lot of it and save talking about it until I have someone I really trust to help me feel better. I laugh too loud and too often. I like puns. I fall asleep with my headphones in usually. I like cats most, but dogs are alright too. I stay up later than I should. I feel good when I get things done, but I often lack motivation to start. I spend a lot of time alone. I have vivid dreams, and I construct daydreams when I'm bored and return to them often. I have a hard time handling sudden change, and anticipation before change gets me almost worse. I like the smell of spring after a long winter once the rotting is done, and the crispness of the air when winter is approaching, but summer is my favorite because I love the freedom and comfort that comes with fewer obligations and comfortable clothes. Boxer shorts are my favorite. I spend as much time as possible wearing pajama pants suing the cold parts of the year and I basically always wear boxer shorts in the summer. I eat too much fast food. I used to be able to justify it because I'd walk to get it, but now that reason is invalid. I had my nails done for three months last year and I loved them once I was used to them. Seeing the people I love smile is one of my favorite things. I love taking care of people, whether it's listening to their problems and offering solutions, making them food, or doing them any sort of favor. Many of my complaints in life are likely fueled by jealousy. My iPod and phone are my most important possessions. I take the fleece blanket I got for Christmas last year with me whenever I'm not staying at home. I like being able to hide behind sunglasses. When people yell, it stresses me out and I prefer to leave, even if the problem has nothing to do with me. A lot of people who I've been in school with for a long time don't know me because they don't bother talking to me, but when they do, they often seem surprised by me.
