Care about people's personality? Sure.

Feelings? To a minimal extent. Brutal honesty is the best medicine.

i remarked that it irritates me. I can't force her to do anything. So really you're getting upset because I expressed an opinion and she reacted in a way you didn't like.

I understand that some people need a place, such as this thread or even the various threads in OT, to rant about their days.

I tolerate that and understand it. Maybe some people should too.

As I said, can't make her stop, and won't try. She said she'd tone it down on her own. Which she may or may not.

Mostly everyone here, at one point or another, has expressed that they don't care for the posts of other users. It's perfectly acceptable, and it's frequently been expressed that the option to ignore a user is always there. It's okay.
