Conversation: Me: how much did he say he'd give me?Mom: $300Me: that's funny, I found the amount of $160 to be pretty random Not that I don't appreciate it, but my mom figures my grandpa deducted dinner and party stuff he paid for from the initial amount. She said "he couldn't really be that cheap could he?"
