My last period today, I felt like my muscles were all tense and could barely move.

This semester's PE class is focusing on archery and tennis more over than running, which is the foucus of the second semester PE class.

We're supposed to be doing a lab where we weigh ourselves, then wear 7 layers of clothing and a winter coat and do a heavy work out and 20 minutes later we weigh ourselves again.

Yeah, and in Outdoor Leadership, we go into the woods build fires, fish, canoe, snowshoe, and make snow forts.

 

Also taught by the PE teacher.
