It's weird to legitimately pack, every other time I've gone home I've taken one clean thing and my laundry basically, now I'm taking lots of clean clothes (and the laundry, makes packing so much easier and mom doesn't mind)

 

But I made a little checklist on my door to guide myself so I remember all the things I need. Getting bag packed now, I'll tie up the trash, put everything I need for tomorrow in my backpack, all that fun stuff so I'll be ready to get up at 8, shower, do some maintenance, and hopefully still make regularly scheduled Tuesday breakfast with Jessie

it's like this.. she recently moved to a different place, and she was thinking of getting some fishies as pets since she can't get cats. her mom doesn't want a cat.

 

however she hasn't gotten a fishie yet because she's still packing up at her home.. she's my coworker.

 

and i teased her a little today asking her if she got the fishies yet.

 

and i was planning on making a fake aquarium.. but thats way too hard and i just realised that my ribbon fishies are too small..

 

so i was thinking of making something with those two fishies.. but I dunno how she'd react.

here's the thing.. it's one of those situations I can't say "do unto others as you'd wish have done unto you"

 

because if someone gave me these fishies I'd consider it junk and throw it away.

Stuff I'm packing, I don't have a ton of laundry so I'm just bringing some clean clothes which is more than I can usually say. It's not major, it's just weird because usually when I leave for a night or two I just grab my blanket, a pair of jeans, laundry (depending), and contacts/pills/whatever else. I don't even usually bring my chargers (except laptop) or plan things to wear or worry about bringing other shoes home.

We're required to do that before winter break, but not Thanksgiving. Odd.
