I have 2 long dreams, that I remember.

I started a dream right before I woke up, it was odd

I vaguely remember a dream about school. I dream about high school a lot.

I haven't really since I graduated, I did a lot while I was still in school though

Did you use one of those shitty online gif maker things? Use gimp. It's (legally) free and you can completely control the speed of gifs.

I can't get it to work in gimp though. It won't play when I make the gif in gimp. All the frames are there, but it won't work.

That's the tutorial I used. The kid's voice and commentary are really annoying, but it has everything you need to know.
