Australia requires me to drive 120 hours, 100 day, 20 night, before I can drive alone. I have a year from when I first get my license before I can legally get the next level to get the 120. I'm very far behind, because laziness, school and laziness.

Gotta record it in a book, sure, you can lie completely, but before you level up, you have to do a driving test, so you've got to know how to do lots of stuff.

How it works here is you have to log your hours in, which leaves plenty of room for fibbing.

MN it's written portion for permit, then if you're under 18 you have to do 6 hours with an instructor and 30 with any other licensed adult. Earliest you can get it is at age 16 after having your permit for at least six months. Since I'm 18 now, I won't have to do the instructor hours whenever I drive, I'll just have to go in and take the test.

NJ you have to take a written test and I think 6 hours with an instructor fer yer permit. Then you just gotta wait 6 months and take the test. I guess we have pretty lax driving laws.
