Restart the computer, and watch for a "Press button to boot from CD" thing to pop up. It should be before the OS starts loading.

 

Do keep in mind, you will have to wipe your computer to reinstall the OS.

I know what you're talking about, but it's not showing up. The first thing my computer does when I turn it on is go straight to the "Windows is starting" thing. Is there a way to manually get to it?

Monk, good luck sleeping again at any point in your life, I was up till 6 last night/this morning and then went to bed and stared. I considered just staying up all night, but I wasn't gonna gain motivation to get anything done and my eyes hurt from looking at the screen for so long.

It does, but it doesn't say press f[number] to enter blah blah blah.
