blaah Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 One day a month or two ago, I was pacing in my house and decided to do pushups, sit-ups, and leg lifts, and I created a pacing pattern that required me to go up and down the stairs. Did that for two days, then third day I just did push ups and sit ups, then I stopped because my core, which consists of marshmallows and Jell-O (thanks mom) was sore. Along with basically every muscle (or lack thereof) in my body.
