Because I don't imagine knowing English is necessary in Argentina(?). Actually, english is taught at public schools here, obviously at a very basic level. I just happened to go to a kindergarten that taught both english and spanish, and then when I was in third grade my mom started sending me and my brother to a private english teaching institute until about grade 7. She thought it could come in handy. And though it's rare, my highschool had good english classes, all that plus videogames since I was very early, movies and later internet, taught me all the English I know. If I'm just thinking on my own, I'd say it's half of the time in English and half in Spanish. If I'm reading, then in whatever language the text is written. Same for listening to someone. Repeat that process 10 times, and that's what happens everytime I try to lucid dream. Then I just get frustrated, say "[bleep] it" and attempt to regular sleep.
