June 9, 200917 yr What is a good way to train magic? I have close to 7 mil cash, and am willing to sell some stuff to get me up to 10 mil. So my max budget would be around 10 mil, and I am currently 90 magic. I would be willing to spend most of that, I really want 99 magic and could probably make that money back. Anyway what is an efficient way to train it? Cheap way? Fastest? Best? Just let me know anything that is good because I really need some help! ~Thanks in advance.
June 9, 200917 yr There are lots of spells that can be used to efficiently train magic, high alchemy, humidify, plank make, string amulet etc. I don't know exp rates or costs for these but I do recommend the mage training arena alchemy arena. It's quit possible to gain 100k+ exp per hour there, the enchantment arena is also quite fast experience. The other two arenas are fairly slow exp but it keeps training magic interesting and can be quite profitable if you buy infinity boots with the reward points.
June 9, 200917 yr Author Thanks for the mage training arena idea, but I don't really want to do that lol. So can anyone throw out some numbers of xp and cost for plank make, stringing, or some other good spells?
June 9, 200917 yr Author VERY nice guide! The only problem I have is cash... :| So any other more cash sensitive ideas lol?
June 10, 200917 yr Bursting rock lobs or whatever is amazing exp... but it costs A LOT =P I think you can profit with humidify... or if you're one of those crazy people, get 99 magic in fog \ You won't lose anything and get tons of rating =P YouTube
June 11, 200917 yr Whether you like it or not i would say Alching.. At least you make some back.. Stringing Jewelry without the requirments (like that quest) seems silly although good exp. If money isn't an issue Bursting Rock Lobster. Crapload of Charms but costly.. So Alching is your best bet. Try and find a way to set it to Mousekeys so you just need to press the button over again makes it a bit easier lol.. Good luck on 99! :D 99 Fishing | 99 Cooking | 99 Woodcutting | | 99 Herblore | 99 Prayer | | 99 Runecrafting | 99 Fletching | 99 Hitpoints | 99 Range |Youtube: AnthonyOnRS.
June 11, 200917 yr There are many fun ways you can train Magic. You can try different methods of teleporting your friends, teleporting yourself, Alching, making planks, and just other fun ways. I would say Alching, even though it will get boring, but hey, you make the money back and you can talk to your friends while your doing it. Best part about alching is that you don't need a bank right in front of you in order to cast that spell. :) good luck mate.
June 11, 200917 yr Hmm im gonna use some ideas, got about 6m cash, and i need to get my mage up only 77 :( -------Sig being made-------
June 11, 200917 yr I've noticed this a lot on the pvp worlds: Wield your best melee armour (so gives you the most negative magic attack) and auto cast your highest spell on a friend while they do the same to you. Now this helps you to gain earning potential which can mean an excuse to kill others if you get bored of the autocasting. And it because you're in combat you're safe from everyone else. You also get the experience from casting the spell whether you hit or not. put him in jail Then i'll just wait for him to drop the e-soap
June 11, 200917 yr In the GE buy a massive amount of seaweed and sand. Then while there getting brought up mage avis and you should me a slight profit. Once you have all your sand and seaweed make glass. You can make a fair sized profit, the only trouble is there hard to buy (seaweed and sand). Mage training arena is profitable if done right, but its hella boring after a while. Once you have enough just burst lobsters to gain massive amounts of exp and charms. June 11, 200917 yr Plant a buncha herbs and other plants like watermelon, and just watch them over while you alch, u gain xp,make the money back, and meet a buncha noobs that like to farm lol. PSN: Skaterguy1224 Tactical Nukes - 22
June 11, 200917 yr I'm not sure the xp per hour, but if you have both lunars and dream mentor, buying vials and using humidify is a good way to make money while training magic. Just throwing that out there.
June 11, 200917 yr I think bursting/barraging at ape atoll is the fastest mage exp in the game - rock lobs are good exp as well, although a little slower but you get roughly 250 crimsons for every 1000 bursts you use.
June 11, 200917 yr You could alch like the others say...but in pvp. Then you could trick when you get high ep and make some cash back.
June 11, 200917 yr You could alch like the others say...but in pvp. Then you could trick when you get high ep and make some cash back. Until you die and lose 8m in alches...but if u find a secluded area it maybe an option. PSN: Skaterguy1224 Tactical Nukes - 22

Until you die and lose 8m in alches...but if u find a secluded area it maybe an option. In BH. it's pretty easy to see who can attack you and who can't. the level range or whatever is small.
