What's wrong with 100% drop rates? And if you don't like those, what about bosses? GWD bosses (bandos) makes a lot of money, and it can be over 1m/hour. Aviancies also fit your description nicely.
i like the surprise of drops...bot the constant ones. and i have spent the last few days at aviansies so im bored of them. and GWD bosses im not exactly high enough level for them.

Moss giants are pretty good. They have a good drop rate of watermelon & herb seeds. And killing them entails virtually no risk.

You could also try banshees. Lots of pure ess drops, as well as herbs. With a macaw, you could make 200k an hour no problem.

not a big fan of banshees. but what about the mossies? whats the aprox. profit/hr for them?

Aviancies in Godwars.

Fire Giants (after Waterfall Quest) - rune scimmies, 2h, good herbs.

Moss Giants (near Fishing Guild) - you probably already know.

Banshees (slayer tower north of Canfis) - Lots of pure essence, and herbs, easy to kill.

Slayer assigned creatures usually have pretty good drops too as well as give slayer xp.

Nobody seems to have mentioned Aberrant Spectres here.

Pretty consistant Ranarr and other herb drops, also lots and lots of seeds like Toadflax.

If you can bear the cost of prayer pots to make a very nice profit then go for these :)

Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.

If you like the gambling aspect of monster hunting, then barrows. Theres the possiblity of making over 10 mil in an hour (which I did once) or 50 runs dry spell. Don't even ask for gp/hr. There are quite a few methods for doing barrows, and you get to train melee and mage and even a little ranging if you want.
