z0diark Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 OK, basically the touchpad on my laptop is no longer responding when I try to move the cursor or click anything, I have to use my mouse. I was wondering if there was any chance that this could be due to a problem with software which I could fix myself rather than having to send it back to the manufacturer to be repaired. My laptop is a fugitsu siemens amilo, it runs vista, has 2mb RAM and an intel centrino duo processor. It's about a year and 2 months old. Can anyone help me? z0diark Posted June 16, 2009 Author Share Posted June 16, 2009 Yeah, there is no mention of the touchpad, just 2 instances of 'HID compliant mouse' and 1 of 'PS/2 compatible mouse'.
