You can try Oo'glog or Port Phasmatys for quieter places.

Port Phasmatys is in Morytania.

 

The Ghosts Ahoy Quest provides free access into the town and is easily accesible through the Ectophial, a teleport near the Port.

 

 

 

Oo'glog is in the far south-west of the map. Although to use the bank, I think you have to finish the "As A First Resort" Quest.

Oo'glog is a great place to train fm. I trained 70-97 there, because I was damn tired of people interrupting and stealing my spot at the g.e.

If the O/P does not know where Port Phastmathys is, I doubt he'll be able to train at Oog'log. I mena....Ghost ahoy is one of the basic members quests on a main, and apparently the O/P has't done it... :roll: :roll:

 

 

 

As for where to train, I'll add another one: Varrock square. Start at the fountain, and FM your way to the bank. Works nice.

One more to consider - Piscatoris Fishing Colony. Yes they will need to do Swan Song quest to get in but a very quiet spot with bank nearby.

I like this one because its quiet, and tons of space. So there is room for anyone who wants to burn logs.
