Combat xp + Summong xp (Upping stats for arma duo)

Hello TIF, I recently got 99 range and have started duoing armadyl gwd and have been having a lot of fun with it. I'm looking to up my game stat-wise, which involves raising my defence and summoning levels, my goal is 99 def and 88 summoning.

I am wondering what monster would be the best to camp, slayer is not an option as I do not value its experience at all at the moment and I'm only interested in efficiency. It seems to come down to nechryaels vs. dust devils. From what I understand nechs are better summoning exp, dust devils are better combat exp. Obviously 88 summoning is a pretty far-fetched goal for not using waterfiends or rock lobs, this makes me lean more towards nechs so that 99 def and 88 summon line up better. If anyone has combat exp:summoning exp rates for either monster I would appreciate it.

Another option would be to train at waterfiends on controlled for fast summong exp/small def exp and then train at AZ for fast defense exp/small summoning exp. I need some opinions on whether I should go for camping one monster or breaking the two skills up.

Ancient staff is same speed as zammy spear? I thought all staves were a bit slower than whips. Torag's hammers, while slower than the spear, are +85 crush and +72 strength.

Just an alternative, but I've heard chinning nechs is a good and fast method, plus then you can place the chins on defensive and get good exp in both areas (And because you're 99 range you will do pretty decent damage). I don't know if this will work in practive, but it seems pretty good in theory (Also helps if you have lots of money :? ).

Use a Berseker Necklace and an Obby Mace at Waterfiends. That allows you to train defense while still using crush. Therefore, Waterfiends would be the best option for you. It's speed is slightly worse than using a ZS or SS, but slightly better than the Godsword, and far better than stuff like T hammers, V flail, and Barrelchest Anchor.

If that doesn't appeal to you, you could try Scarabites as well. Very high danger though.

The reduced accuracy makes the Berserker necklace pretty garbage at Waterfiends, where accuracy is considered very important.

It's a hit, but not a critical hit. While you will need to deal with a few more 0s, it does have its uses. In my personal experience, it beats out Barrows weapons and Anchor, etc. It comes close with the Godsword, although for me it's slightly faster, but that may be because of my stats.

Also remember because the Mace is one-handed, you can equip a rune defender. That pretty much covers the attack loss if you compare it to a GS, SS, or ZS.

Although if you do compare it to SS or ZS, it is garbage.

??? No.

It's all about how much damage you hit over time. The 0's makes it lower.

....?

Zerker Necklace gives -10 crush, rune defender gives +18?

Obby mace gives +62 crush, ZS gives +65.

Math is obvious, I think. Zerker combo w/ rune defender gives +70 crush, but ZS alone gives +65.

I'm currently doing some xp tests to figure out whats best. Testing dragon mace right now, doing ancient staff after that and will probably give obby mace a quick test as well, will post results when they come in.
