July 4, 200917 yr Author Farming? Iv kinda pushed off farming and not done it since it first came out cause im to [developmentally delayed]ed to really understand it can you tell me what to plant and what items i need to plant etc?
July 4, 200917 yr *Hunter (I'm sure you know how to make cash with that?) *Thieving: Master farmers (you can do this while farming) *Farming: herbs, marigolds, limps, etc. *Herblore: prayer potions, super strength, etc.. f.e. prayer pots go for 12k. *Wc/fletching -> alc bows. *Runecrafting: nats through abbys. *Mining/smithing -> mith bars/plates. *Crafting: dragonhide armour or battle staffs. *Fishing: as you're 99 cooking, selling raw fish would do fine... (watching a tv show on the side is recommended when fishing, monks or swordfish will suffice). July 4, 200917 yr Herblore does make money if you farm or obtain herbs without buying, obviously. Same applies for dragonhides. I don't have xp rates for your levels, although you should figure that out soon if you do them for an hour or so? Also, if you do mining/smithing, buying mithril ore and superheating would probably be fastest xp for the 3 skills involved. July 4, 200917 yr Author Herblore does make money if you farm or obtain herbs without buying, obviously. Same applies for dragonhides. But isn't it less money then if i just sold the raw materials?
July 4, 200917 yr Indeed, but a gigantic waste of xp, also bars will sell for more than ores. July 4, 200917 yr The above poster 3 posts before is wrong. Herblore, specifically making p pots doesn't make money. The difference is that the money made is from farming and not from making the potions. The only way to make money making p pots would be if the items, (waterfilled vials, snape grass, and ranarr) all cost less then a p pot. Otherwise you are just using profit from farming and using it to trin herblore without spending anything. [hide=Drops]Araxxor Eye x1 Leg pieces x2GWD: 5000 Addy bar Steam B Staff x3 Z Spear x6 Sara. July 4, 200917 yr Farming? Iv kinda pushed off farming and not done it since it first came out cause im to [developmentally delayed] to really understand it can you tell me what to plant and what items i need to plant etc? Pretty straightforward. Just plant the best tree and fruit tree you can at your level. You can also plant the best allotment you can. You could try bushes as well, although at your level they might not be worth it. (If you can plant whiteberries, plant them. Only good bushes are whiteberry and poison ivy.) Also plant marigolds in the flower patch and either ranarr/kwuarm/toadflax/snapdragon in the herb patch. ~It's Super Effective! Make astral or cosmic runes (no abyss necessary) till 44, and then graahk nature-runecraft  Well im like 3k exp away from 44 whats the fastest way to get that, and how much is it per hour? Steam runes, but since you don't have 82 magic, the next best thing is ZMI. Steam runes are ~45k xp/hour at any level, ZMI is the same at 80-ish runecrafting. However, Steam Runes cost 200k/hour. Both of those are with a giant pouch, which you don't have, so it'll be considerably slower. ~It's Super Effective! It really shouldn't take hours to get 44, even crafting low level elemental runes would make it at most at least half an hour  Graahk runecrafting would make you craft 1.5-2k an hour, if I'm right. In ZMI you bring pure ess, pouches and familiar optional. There are three methods: one is by duelling rings, one by paying the banker to access bank in the altar, and the other a combo of duellings and teleports from Lunar spells. The first: use ring to teleport to cw, withdraw pess, and run to altar. The second: bring a stack of low level runes (cheap ones, you'll be paying 20ish to access the bank) and then you run within the altar. The last: there's a lunar teleport to quickly access it. Use the teleport, run to altar, and craft. There's a chaos altar on top, so you can recharge your prayer, making it advisable to use protection prayers and/or piety. I think when I did this, I did have access to lunar magics, but I chose to run. Because I was addicted to terrorbird  95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]

You could indeed say that, however, if you maxed combat and did not waste precious herbs you could just make pots and get profit out of that too.. Personally I am pretty strongly against "the waste of xp", and as I keep the decent herbs I get from monsters, and make potions from that, I do get a fair amount of cash from it. Call it whatever you like, I call it profit. July 4, 200917 yr Indeed, but a gigantic waste of xp, also bars will sell for more than ores. Flawed logic. By this logic, it's a gigantic waste of xp not to buy herbs and make the potions. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]

You'll need the seed, plant pot (with soil), a gardening trowel, and watering can in your inventory. Use the seed with the pot, water it, and wait for to turn into a sapling. This doesn't take too long. Then use the sapling and a spade on an empty tree patch. You can pay a farmer to watch over it. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
