What armour to get?

Featured Replies

Torso sucks. The only reason you would maybe want one is for pvp as a zerker pure and even then its not really worth it because if you die you lose it no matter what and you have to spend another 15hours getting it back. Not to mention it has really bad defence, like worth than a rune chain

please stop saying torso suks just coz its defence stats is just like rune plates.
It's defense bonuses are actually the same as those of an adamant chainbody. A step below rune.

Just buy barrows. If strength bonus is really that important to you, get bandos.

kk better yet get bandos chestplate forget barrows because you have to repair it again and again

It only needs to be repaireds every 13 hours or so. And thats only 13 hours of combat. So depending on how you play you won't have to repair it for a few days or a week.

please stop saying torso suks just coz its defence stats is just like rune plates. barrows armor is not needed unless boss hunting pretty much or doing a super hard quest overall though monsters like dragons, yaks, trolls, etc can be killed with ease just with rune armor defence.

Torso does suck.

It has been calculated by Compfreak that it is a total and utter waste of time getting it unless you plan to spend 1000+ hours training.

FINAL CONCLUSION:

TORSO SUCKS.

Dude theres no reason to take it SO seriously. Comp just does random calcs to prove that you have to play runescape 1 way.

But torso on the side of 'if you're wondering what you should get' is not recommended brother.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

overall they are good the barrows and torso just depends if you want more defence or more damage. if you take less damage it would waste less money except the repairs but if you want more exp while training use torso

Torso sucks. Since you have 99 defence maybe you don't realize it, but yeah, Torso sucks.

And believe me, Compfreak has only been wrong once, and that was when he said Slayer (with capital S) sucks
