The difference is lessened if you have zammy book, vod, archer's ring, and ranger boots with the void but you will still hit less than you would in full arma. Also, Void takes 10 hours to get, and although it's superior for training purposes it might not be worth getting if you don't already have it. It increases accuracy and ranged strength, but it can't compare to the ranged attack bonus that Arma gives.
