July 23, 200917 yr I got it in the first 10 kills of my first basilisk task, but I haven't gotten one since. It is very rare, and tbh you really shouldn't go hunting for it. July 23, 200917 yr I'm pretty sure the ring of wealth would not help you get a head drop. If anything, it would probably decrease your chance of getting it, since it improves the "value" of "rare" drops and the head isn't worth that much.

July 24, 200917 yr Ya don't camp for it. Let it come on a task, they are extremely rare. But i did manage to get 2 Basilisk heads, one Kurask, and a Abby Demons head. But ya they are rare. And if you hunt for them they seem to take even longer. You can also cannon them if you want to make it go faster. If thou consider the possessions of an enemy to be like a roulette wheel, then the 'rare' items so coveted by players are located on a second roulette wheel, that will only be spun shouldst thou roll a specific number on the first wheel. The ring of wealth affects not the number which thou may achieve upon the first wheel, but should thou gain the precise number to allow thee access to the second, the ring will make thy chances of gaining an object on that second roulette wheel all the greater.
