July 25, 200916 yr I think it was bought out by corel. Could be Corel Paint Shop Pro X2. Yeah, go get gimp, then come back. Look at some tutorials to get you used to the UI.

Who cares. :thumbup: (Really though, you almost have to torrent photoshop if you want to get into it. I first got Photoshop when I was... 14 or so, almost 7 years ago. [i used Paint shop pro for the year before that] There would be no way I could afford photoshop at 14. Adobe doesn't really care about piracy that much because the majority of their sales are focused on professionals, who need to buy the software in order for a license for their company.)
