Alright, here's another thing it can be used for, as a bomb. 5,000 kg of it (25 days worth with a 200kg planet) can be converted into a bomb weighing 50 kg, with a 1 gigaton of tnt yield.

Oh, more than one person can mine a planet. They just need to share the resources a bit. So it could be split 100kg/100kg, or some other deal could be made.

What about laser focusers, 100 Kilo per laser(Heavily refined, so it also means research) and it doubles efficiency of the laser.

If I am forced out of Tetra, then I'll be forced to go to Sephar, which has the planet Set. I do not wish to take it from Mrkirby, so that is why I am asking respectfully for Tetra.

If there are any conflicts then please tell me, because currently I am too confused to work it out.

TFed starts Project SW. Around 400b a year in funding. 0/40. Will be done sometime in January.

 

Retech has agreed to send me 25% of production on Tetra in exchange for colonization rights. Also, my military ships are still heading there, to ensure that the Litch get the planet.

Well I am changing course for Set instead, since Sere's zone does include the planet I was going for.
