Scientists predict 17 more years in order for the Second Life Project to be released to the public. From that point on, Second Life's software will be improved. Scientists at the research centre in Moscow have spoken on national television about the basic aim of Second Life, "Second Life intends to use advanced software in order to create an alternative reality, a simulated reality. A simulated reality will be so realistic that users cannot tell the difference between our reality and the simulated reality itself. SR will become an exciting breakthrough for the computer industry. Imagine a world in which you can fulfill your failed ambitions. Imagine a world free of sorrow and depression. Imagine the benefits from such technology: a sharp decline in the rate of suicide and a new form of entertainment on long voyages. We are even trying to use SR on patients that are put into stasis. These patients will be able to live in their "second life" until scientists in the future can unfreeze them and treat their previously incurable ailment."

 

Exploration satellites will be sent to all three of Kajea's moons in order to map out the moons' surfaces.

 

Some alchemical facilities are scheduled to be built on Orojike. These facilities will contain QF generators and particle accelerators in order to supply Britanniae and Kajea with enough gold (in order to prevent gold mining).

 

A couple light cargo ships have been sent to look for the lost probes. Once these probes are back, we will install returning devices on them and send them back out into deep space.

How much is it to send a probe, and what are the odds of finding a system?

 

It costs 100 billion for an exploration probe equipped with an FTL drive, plus an additional 50 billion if you want to add a returning device on the probe. As for odds, you'd have to ask Archi about that. Last time, I sent out two probes, and they both failed.

Heh. The only war I've been the aggressor in is WW3 though, and the only actual player I declared war on was Rpg (even then, I only took Luxembourg and Belgium from him). WW5 was mutual escalation.

Its a 1 in 10 chance that something will happen and then there are 50 random events it could be, at the moment.

You can't find a system though, if you want to find a system you just head towards a star. You can't do this though if there are 4 or more uninhabited systems already in the known universe.

 

 

Your second life program will seem like a good idea until it gets over-run by furries.

And no discrimination against minority/majority groups.

Prometheus is now completed, it is loaded with several hundred weak ZPMs and sent to randevouz with Atlantis. It's fighter bays are filled with a total of 1,000 of the fighters seen in my avvy.

Atlantis is slowing down, although not out of warp in order to let prometheus catch up.

A few pages back (Around 216) Doom posted a system for ship production stations. Something like 200 points every station? And do you have to spend your points the moment you get them, or can you save them up over the years?

I have 26 shipyards in Sega-Res, and they're not producing shops anymore.

 

We need a point list for defensive structures too. If nobody else can do that at the moment, I'll do it.

 

I'll assume Furlong Fortresses are worth about 1500, which means I can produce 3 per year, and my helios orbs (No idea which class they are) are worth 2 each, which means 450 per year, and that is all of my points.

 

All of my defensive structures from this point on are no longer limited to a planet orbit, they are going to be free floating in the orbit of the star itself.

 

Archi, its been a week so I think its time to roll for a strange element, so I guess I might as well do that.

Super Space Stations, (such as Kent in Adrigas, when it is at full capacity with full complement) are worth 1,000,000 points.

Super Space Stations (U), (Such as Kent in Adrigas, when it is below capacity) are worth 200,000+whatever complement it does have.

Ultra Space Stations, (Can't think of any) are worth 200,000

Sa Matra, (Super vessels), are worth 200,000 but there can only be 1 at a time in the whole universe

Battle Space Stations, (Doom's) are worth 150,000 but have no capacity to repair ships

Endeavorer Stations, (Like the three I am building) are worth 100,000 with the main purpose of repairing ships and producing fighters(it has very little in the way of defense itself)

Furlong Fortresses, (Basically a heavy(Long+Mid+Short range) weapons platform) are worth 90,000 points but cannot repair, rearm or otherwise interface with ships.

Space Stations, (Short and mid ranged weapons platforms, like the one destroyed this turn) are worth 50,000 points and cannot repair ect.

Ultra Heavy Battleships, (Extremely powerful vessels) are worth 20,000 points

Super Battleships, (Powerful vessels) are worth 10,000 points

Heavy Battleships, (Better than average vessels) are worth 1,000 points

Great Fortresses, (Mid range weapons platform) are worth 500 points and cannot repair ect.

Blank Fortresses, (Short range weapons platform) are worth 400 points and cannot repair ect.

Overload Fortresses, (Long range weapons platform) are worth 300 points and cannot repair ect

Battleships, (Standard warships) are worth 100

Escorts, (All manner of weaker ships) are worth 50

Fighters, (Ships that require another ship to support it) are worth 10

Missiles, (Specified missiles fired from places outside the battle) are worth 5

I have been producing matter harvesters for a while now, and I am beggining the full-scale dissasembly of Joru and Lo-bustran to fuel the project which is happening in Eos. Archi has the name for it, but I keep forgetting.

I also added a ship to that, that currently is a unique ship for my empire. The Dreadnought, it's worth 100,000 (10,000 production points). I researched it a while back.

 

EDIT: Unless anyone has anymore complaints or suggestions, I'll set up the new material on random planets, and map those planets, marking the location.
