And Ross, the Goa'uld may not have the proper antibodies yet, but due to their well developed imune systems they quickly convert their lymphycytes into the proper kind.

 

And the shield doesn't have to protect the entire planet, just the populated areas, then the virus will die out on it's own/retech can find a cure/make a vaccine.

 

And anyways Rocco, I and Archi will turn your ships into shrapnell before you can drop the bomb.

I've already shown Archi that my offensive is pretty much unbeatable without a large fleet. You have drones and puddlejumper things. Archi has 5 ships.

 

As I've already explained, I can easily muster 40,000 drones to fire at the same time, which would give you about 20 seconds to destroy all of them or at least most of them will reach the planet. Not to mention the virus missiles and virus bombs, plus my own ships attacking you.

 

And if this shield thing is 100% impenetrable, then it's overpowered.

Inpenetrable until power is depleted.

And think of the odds you have; a few bomber/freighters and 40,000 fighters against 11,000 small ships as well as a city-sized one firing up to almost 3,000,000 thinking small nuclear missiles capable of hitting several ships each and make evasive manouvers that would make expirienced fighter-pilots gaze in awe as well as five large ships inpenetrable by balistic weapons.

 

And doom; you overestimate the power consumption of EM-fields. Also if plasma windows only slowed things down, why would they use them in the LHC?

I understand your point of view, and I have refuted it using science. As Archi is bypassing the science, then I am bypassing the science as well.

 

Rocco has been developing a super deadly virus that is designed for the species he has already encountered. He wants to attack me, so he instantly changes it so that it can infect my species, despite the fact that it is totally different from anything he's seen before. Then, he states that he has a buncha drones that travel 85% the speed of light, so only a super fleet of hundreds of ships can stop it. Then he states that the virus can sustain itself without any hosts, and lives indefinitely. The same strain of virus can infect all kinds of life, so it is a single all-purpose virus that kills 70% of the population a year. Even the worst diseases normally kill only 5% of the population a year.

 

Just because you "designed" it for something doesn't mean you can alter it in the blink of an eye. It's more like creating a whole new virus than adapting an existing one.

Missiles uses space ship styled thrusters, they move as fast as a space ship.

Missiles are tiny, missiles are extremely hard to hit.

Missiles moves in unforseen patterns, missiles are hard to aim at.

A jet fighters lock-on system requires ten-twenty seconds of near-perfect aim, so does ion cannons and railguns.

 

 

Ships move fast as a bullet, ships are hard to lock on.

Ships make fast turns, ships are hard to lock on.

That's assuming that you need money to do anything. Also, your "drones" would be able to go 85% the speed of light past Dusty's fleet and infect all of Earth.

Think I could help research this also? I have been Dusty's ally for quite some time now, and at this time it seems that efforts against bioweapons is pretty important. Also, Rocco, do you think I could have a sample of the virus along with the vaccine? I don't intend to copy your virus or anything, just have my scientists study the mutations to improve the vaccine if the need arises. Dusty, what exactly is the planetary sheild? I wasn't probably here when it was being explained.

TFed is installing orbital shields on all of its planets, as well as orbital defense platforms. Long-range scanners are being sent all around TFed's area of control, so advance warning will be given whenever a ship enters Federation spacespace (airspace lol).
