No, strange matter converting like that is disallowed, and ramming my Caravels into stuff is a order they will only follow if it was given by me in defence of their home.

 

 

I have special anti-battleship drones that are cheap to make, can carry the virus, are easily transportable, don't give off heat, and are able to move at 85% of the speed of light.

No weapon can move faster than 30% of light speed, as per the Treaty of Adrigas.

You are not allowed to ignore it. It is a legitmate, if overzealous, weapon.

Then all my people hide inside giant quarentine divides made of plastic. These span thousands of feet in every direction. There are also plastic suits everyone where, and anyone showing symptoms is shot.

The point is that both me and Ross will declare war on you if you deploy anything which travels faster than light which could be used as weapon....With 40,000 drones it is gonna be very easy to crash into one of my ships, or even the planet itself.

You and Ross COULD declare war on him anyways for attacking defenceless civilians with a biological weapon. That's a crime against humanity ya know. I should know, I've commited too many myself. :P

We could...but we won't, it would not be in the spirit of the game, me and Ross arn't allied so I can't speak for him, but I am fairly sure that he would be against randomly fighting Rocco over him bionuking your planet...especially considering that in 5 years your population will probably have bounced back.

I say for the virus, that it kills consistently over time, like a percentage, instead of just one big lump sum.

 

If it's less than 20%, my pop will still expand anyways! :)

Their Delta V(the thing that slows them down and moves them in a different direction without exploding apart) must be massive if they maneuver at 85% light speed...Its at least as game wrecking as my armour.

Unfortunately that's not quite how the space combat system works. :)

 

It's based on points, and the only other option you'd have is to say one drone = one kill, which would be a super weapon.

Also Arch, just because I'm dealing with your super caravel thing doesn't mean that it gives precedence to what Rocco is doing (ie making small things unbelievably powerful).

 

I'm sure if he decided to invade anyone else using this and he gets his way, he'd be unstoppable. That is why I am stating my own defence which negates his power, namely hiding in deep ocean trenches which would easily crush his drones.

What the hell? 70%? That's definitely cheap. For several reasons:

 

1. My population is sedentary and lives relatively sparsely on farms. There's not precedence for human spread, unless you consider the black plague, but keep in mind that was with traders traveling every which way.

 

2. This is the future, no disease can kill that rapidly with the health care precautions we have.

 

3. Everyone has a special protective suit (like the ones with the self-contained oxygen tanks, except this time it is water).

Well actually having an aquatic planet and a warlike speices is a very bad thing indeed. You have killed off most of the little animals which might have provided you with anti-bodies, you have 1 staple food crop and your entire planet is linked by water, so one drop of poision and the whole planet is exposed. Added to that his 20 in leathalness and 70% if about right.

 

I don't mind working on a more complicated combat system since the combat is 5 days away.

 

They don't actually have engines, because they don't ever need to slow down or turn. They're giant syringes essentially, and I fire them out of big tubes inside the ships, which are sort of like railguns powered by a big old nuclear reactor.

That makes them rather useless against my 90 M/S engines...I can just move and your drones become completely useless.

Your ships are not my problem, I can effectively sit near your ships and fire my lasers whenever an airlock opens.

Ion beams are the only thing that reall pose a threat to me, everything else can be shot down. Thus either Retech needs to deploy some escorts or I need to vaguely keep a distance.

@Retech, no one can create a vaccine for Rocco's virus simply because no one else has a sample of the virus.

 

Also, it would probably take about a decade in the game for the virus to fully wipe out your planet.

 

How do I know this? The Final Solution was a plan I had during the war. It involved the use of S2E missiles containing the Bulgarian virus and other plagues, including the bubonic plague and ebola. If that didn't finish you off, I would've just superheated your oceans until they boiled.

Which leads me to my next point:

 

If you cannot create a vaccine based on a disease you've never encountered, it logically follows that you cannot make a disease that infects a species you've never gotten the chance to experiment on or even face!

 

(Keep in mind that Rocco betrayed NWO when I wasn't on Japan.)

The military is now hiding in an undisclosed location on my planet. It is completely protected from the virus, though there isn't nearly enough room for all the population. Besides, the population is far more... unruly.
