Honestly, unless you offer was insane, I wouldn't do it, because after a vaccine is made for a virus, it's useless. I'm waiting to use it for when it counts.

I went from Luxembourg to Kamino. I did have more than one flag though. I'm not too sure that anyone still uses their original flag. Brazil is also one of the only nations to still have the nation that they originally started with.

I create 'super' carrier ships at a rate of 1 per 3 years. It used to be 4 years, but I dedicated Mars to production as a whole, so it got faster.

Usually, people will only help you if they attack you first. And yes, rocco, you would probally win a battle between the two of us. Plus, I'm not willing to through away 40 years of research.

Two things:

 

1. How do you know the virus will infect my species? You've never gotten a sample of the diseases that infect it, and you have never found a corpse. Therefore, it's quite unlikely that you can produce a deadly strain of virus that can infect a species you've never even "heard of".

 

2. Since the research time is twenty years, and if I get... 10 people. Then the virus will be easily contained before the vaccine comes up. I will simply shoot anyone that carries any trace of the disease. Simple as that. :)

 

It's not against the constitution, because the only thing the constitution guarentees is the right to pay tax, right to bear offspring, and right to worship the queen as a deity (no one can be worshiped without law stating that you can). There is not right to life.

Wait a second, how would we determine exactly how fatal the virus is, rate of spreading, and so on? I don't think rolling a dice or a RNG is really fair, seeing is if you build something, the effects shoudln't be random. So would I list the properties and have archi decide if these are reasonable, or what?

Rocco, the Caravels work basically like a missile shield. You can fly your ships in, but unless you have energy weapons neither side will gain an inch and you will not be able to release your bomb.
