Don't you need 85 for rune ore? And even if you did just reach 85 (type-o?) you probably shouldn't. I don't have personal expierience with rune ore and mining, but if any other skills have taught me anything, it's wait 5 or 10 levels after being be able to do something to do it. Mining rune is actually very good money if you know where to mine it. Places like dark beasts and the fremmy isles have a rune ore spawn which is almost always empty so you can hop all you wish and get a full inv. However, if your F2P and want to mine rune ore at 85 you'll have a very hard time finding a spawn let alone trying to beat someone with possibly 99 mining it.

P2P: Yes as long as you use some descrete places.

TBH. No,its only worth that hard work when rune ore is 15k or higher.If its lower, combat is better(more xp and money) and im not sure but I think natures at 44 can outshine it using graahks.

If you are already at 82 mining, I do not really see what is necessarily wrong with getting the last three levels required to be able to mine runite rocks.

 

 

 

I am sure there are other better ways of making money, but for the time being I am sure your quickest way to level up a skill fast enough to a point to where you can start making money, mining would be your best way to go.

This is good advice, I got 85 mining a while ago, and even at places like dark beasts and fremmy isles, there is still competition for the ores, and on f2p, its even worse. Sometimes you could get over 600k per hour, and others you will have a hard time getting over 100k an hour. That was my problem with runite mining, it was so unpredictable :ohnoes: so its up to you whether or not you want to try it.

Mining rune ore can be a very reliable 600k+ per hour, if you know what you're doing. And more per hour is easily doable.
