So I took a break from Runescape, try 204 days. Log in today to find member items. Ok, Awesome. I am wearing 200k of stuff and I would love to put it in a safe place but cannot. Any way around the whole bank thing? I really would just like to fish without having to worry about my guy dying. Ring of life works in free right?

If your Ring of Life says 'Member's Object', it doesn't.

Best I can suggest is buy 1 month of membership and the plan to work to this guide when you go back to f2p.

There are no ways around the bank problem I'm afraid, getting members back for a while is the simplest solution.

Just dont forget to stack runecrafter's gear or fist of guthix gear as well. Those usually need around 1 whole day to gather 2 sets (maybe shorter for no-lifers).

The bank opens up a hundred or more slots when you become a member, other features are also upgraded when you subscribe, if your subscription ends then your account down grade, if you have over 100 slots still from membership, you won't be able to add any more in.

I had this problem. Basically in advance to going free again, I bought just about any f2p item I could think of that I'd need in pairs of at least 2 so I could withdraw 1 and still keep the space.

 

 

 

but you are already f2p, so... I mean it's only 200k of stuff and no offense, that's like an hour or two of moneymaking at most, even f2p. Just keep wearing it until you get members again or drop it if you really need to, I would say alch it, but you can't alch members items on f2p anymore.

This. All of the randoms that could have killed you are now relegated to an obscure corner of Runescape only accessible by Dramen or Lunar staff wielding noobs.

One thing to watch for is the new bank system. For some reason, if you withdraw you last item, and you click that same item again before it disappears into your inventory, you will withdraw one of the next item in your bank, it could get very annoying in laggy places like the ge, so be careful.
