Get bunyips if you can, bring around 8 of these (they keep you alive for as long as they last) if no bunyips use pinnaple pizzas - 22hp Archer ring is well worth it. DONT use RoW i ended up trying it out, alched it and grabbed for my archer in my pack in like 100 kills. Torags helm is the best and is cheap. Torags legs are good. Top should be zammy d hide, not sara :shame:

Finally someone with a bit of sense. I see so many guides and players saying sara gear is necessary when it's really not!

 

 

 

 

 

Actually the best spot to kill Avi's outside of the Encampment has Sara NPC's near-by so it actually is necessary if you want to use the best spot.

 

 

 

Also, sub out the lava staff with fire runes. They are cheap enough to the point where you don't have to worry about bringing 1,000 or so of them.. Another bonus is you don't have to take time in between kills to alch you can shoot your bow, alch and then return to attacking your turn again with no wait.. cuts down on the time.

If a torag helm won't buy settle for a Guthan, I'm sure there isn't a GIANT price difference

So are there ANY places where there are aviansies with sara followers nearby? Or should sara protection be totally disregarded?

Best place is west of the entrance just below the bandos area. Its limited to zammy and arma monsters and has 4 to 6 spawns.

=D> That's the place that you need 70 range to get into, yes. Loooooots of aviansies there. I think Zammy followers bothering them, but some are loose on occasion which is why you need the zammy item no matter where you go to.

There is zammy followers everywhere, the Eyre has a little stronger ones but its still decent.
