But whenever I create a Paypal account, it asks me to link my credit card to it (which I don't have one and don't plan to). Any ideas? Beyond having a bank account that you could link or a credit card there isn't a way you could set up a Paypal account. So I would recommend continuing paying for membership the same way you are currently are or sign up for a bank account if you are able to. Other then those options Paypal doesn't won't for you. They have those hook up lines commercials on TV late at night. The ones that are like "Call and talk to someone local blah blah blah.." Anyways don't go behind your parents back and do the phone option without their permission. What are all the options that ppl from NZ have for options to pay? The price you have to pay for the visa card on top of the $30 is the price your paying for the actual plastic visa card itself. $10 a month for RS membership probably has something to do with the different in currency like the NZD is less then the pound so the equalize to 5 pounds is $10 NZD.
