You forgot about Fletching bolts, probably the most clicks needed.Not anymore though - you can only do make 10 now. Feathering bolts still is without a make-x option. Definitely requires the most clicking from all the activities mentioned here. Firemaking or mining is a relaxed skill compared to full speed bolt fletching...
