It depends on how you're training the skill.

 

 

 

For everyone saying Farming, some people do Vinesweeper 1-99; that's a lot of clicking.

one thing no one has mentioned is chinning, it makes up for it by a lot with the exp, but when you think about it it needs much more actions do do right than any other range method.

Not sure how you can generalize a skill to be the most or least clicks per hour, considering that there are countless training methods.

You forgot about Fletching bolts, probably the most clicks needed.

Not anymore though - you can only do make 10 now.

 

Feathering bolts still is without a make-x option. Definitely requires the most clicking from all the activities mentioned here. Firemaking or mining is a relaxed skill compared to full speed bolt fletching...

Disagree, Bauke you arnt too much of a skiller so I'd still take Mining over your opinion.
