September 3, 200916 yr Anything which has low magic level and can safespot... I did alot of my training on Zombies in varrock sewer, over the sewer. But yeah, like the poster above, thats 50+ wasted hours :|

September 3, 200916 yr I did 100k fire strikes on iron dragons, no visage though :( You probably only killed about 50 I'd go get Chaos Gauntlets and use those spells.
September 3, 200916 yr use them at irons or steels. You will probably need 50-100 casts per iron. IF your mage lvl is semi high atm + good mage atk bonus.
