Relatively easy to get (especially if you can get a Teacher wand). What could be better? So if you have an Teacher Wand you pay to get it UPGRADED, so you lose your Teacher Wand and it is replaced with a Master Wand. This means you need to buy the lowest wand and work yourself up. But of course, you could simply buy a Teacher Wand and save a lot of time. Master Wands are unbuyable atm. ~It's Super Effective! There are so many people wanting them and so few wanting to part with them that even if you have an offer up for max for a day you'd be lucky to get one.

Now that is a bit more understandable :P I personally got mine from the arena. I'd recommend getting one, it's nice thing to have.
