October 12, 200916 yr Author Lucky your friend driving didn't get in troubleAll he would have gotten is the 360 if no one admits to it. And I barely go on booze cruises, I just decided to have a beer on the way back from the party. 128+ Combat \\ 1900+ Total Level \\ 85M+ EXP5,999th To 99 Woodcutting Achieved June 27, 200766,931st To 99 Strength Achieved January 23rd, 2009Draconic Visage: 1+ \\ DK Drops: 169+ \\ GWD Drops: 74+

It's thin but it wouldn't be unreasonable (seen it happen before).

If no one admitted to it they would just write the driver the liquor ticket here. And I dont see how its possible for that to happen anywhere because you arent driving under the influence. 128+ Combat \\ 1900+ Total Level \\ 85M+ EXP5,999th To 99 Woodcutting Achieved June 27, 200766,931st To 99 Strength Achieved January 23rd, 2009Draconic Visage: 1+ \\ DK Drops: 169+ \\ GWD Drops: 74+
October 13, 200916 yr Whether or not are you are actually drinking is irrelevant, if no one claims ownership of it, the fall back is to the driver/vehicle owner (who is usually the same person). There are places which will enforce this concept (especially in relation to drugs in the vehicle) so alcohol is no different. It's not [developmentally delayed]ed, just following the process of get a person who willingly confesses, or get the owner/driver and let them sort it out with the person who is actually guilty.Either way someone takes the hit for a broken law. Who it is, is entirely up to the occupants and their willingness to take the blame for their own actions.
October 14, 200916 yr I wouldn't fight it to be honest. Just pay the ticket. But if you still want to go for it, hire a lawyer.
October 15, 200916 yr Pay it. Lock. That totally worked. I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete. So, what is 1.111... equal to?10/9. Please don't continue.

October 15, 200916 yr Author I rock, I'm going to attend a class that lasts 2-3 days and isnt very long and the ticket gets scrapped. \:D/Probably a good idea considering I've gotten over $1500 in tickets this year >_>. 128+ Combat \\ 1900+ Total Level \\ 85M+ EXP5,999th To 99 Woodcutting Achieved June 27, 200766,931st To 99 Strength Achieved January 23rd, 2009Draconic Visage: 1+ \\ DK Drops: 169+ \\ GWD Drops: 74+
