Why is that the only one of its kind (Other than Falador Library which is RPs)?Personally if I came up with a depthful movie or game idea, I would want to share it and get any kind of criticism or praise, and just because, this would be the first place I would go. So I was kinda just wondering, would a forum like this work out? A forum for thought up movie/game ideas? Note: I do understand a movie idea would go along with the Varrock Library more than anything else, but a game idea wouldnt. And i'm sure many TIFers have quite a few good game ideas.. As of right now, the ideas you've put forth are interesting but can easily be posted in existing forums. If we were getting an overflow of movie plots in varrock library, then it might be worth it, but as of now, there's just no need. There's not a need for an entire subforum/forum for it. What we have at the moment (varrock library/VG&C) is suitable for your needs. Hawks Posted October 10, 2009 Share Posted October 10, 2009 Honestly, I would put a game idea in the Falador Library, we actually have a couple there already (take a look, I believe Adrenal posted it a few months ago). Movie scripts and the like belong in Varrock, unless you've actually filmed them in some way, then they'd go in the Gallery. On the whole Varrock/Falador isn't active thing, we're working on that (seriously, look at the forum for more info). The problem is that new forums aren't just something you make on a whim, and I've yet to see a real issue here that makes a new forum necessary. Anyway, I'd suggest getting posting rights in Fally and posting it there. The forum would evolve to a sort of high-quality idea tank which would, in the long run, offer more thoughtful responses to material and contribute to the quality of the forums as a whole. Falador may have few people but the few who are active do their best to offer their constructive thoughts on everything that goes through the forum. We have some really differing viewpoints, so we're diverse but united by a common cause. But no, quality isnt better than quality.You dont see games or movies getting rated by 1 person very well, you see them get rated by NUMEROUS people and companies, at a very average level.
