Tim
If you have the money, go with a Saradomin Sword. It can train all 3 at the speed of a whip and from personal experience, I dunno if it varies, Is much more consistent in actually doing damage. aka more accurate. if not, D scimmy for Strength and Whip for Atk/Def Popoto.~<
Deltaer
The SS is not more accurate than the whip. They have the same max stats (+82 Slash and +82 Strength). The drawback to it is that its a one-handed sword, but it has a crush option (which can be useful for training on NPCs like waterfiends). But yeah; whip for attack/defence, and SS for strength. Low C
Whip on controlled would be the best. Otherwise whip for attack defence and saradomin sword for strenth.
Zaaps1
Controlled the technically the fastest way to train, since you never need to use a dscim, zerker combo, or SS to train. Generally speaking, SS >/= Zerker Combo > d scim for strength. Whip is still the best for everything else. SS and Zerker combo are arugably equal. Harder situations favor the SS while easier spots favor the zerker combo. ~It's Super Effective! Vulxai
I'd actually suggest training controlled with whip. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
Gin_and_Tonic
I'd actually suggest training controlled with whip. I would also suggest this. :)
Youmu
Use a Saradomin Sword for Strength, and training on Waterfiends. Use an Abyssal Whip for Attack and Defence. D Jay99
Dharok's using this method would be faster than using a whip/ss. It's more dangerous though.
